will only be sold at the door before the event. Ticket sales start a
half an hour before shows, no advance sales
available. X Marks the Spot in which a
search for buried treasure leads a group of tropical tourists on a
merry chase. In which they encounter jungle jugglers, aerial
merfolk, wild animals, and shipwrecked circus performers, all while
trying to avoid the ghost of Rednose, the pirate!! What will they
find at the end of the map?? What treasure does the old buried chest
contain? Come see the show and find out! Hosted by Green
Light Circus.

Call for
Artists! Moose on Parade & Art
Moose Large Moose:
Ever wonder where all the moose around town come from? We are
talking about the colorful, four-legged friends in front of local
homes and businesses. They are a part of the Moose on Parade
project. Now you can join in on the fun! We are currently looking
for artists and submissions for this annual event that helps to
support three local non profits. Sumissions may be by
individuals, groups and participants of all ages. Moose cut
outs may be ordered directly from Bill Thomas from Braided River
Carpentry at 907-715-6000. More details may

also introducing Art Moose, smaller, table top moose to be auctioned
off in a silent auction. For more details about this new addition

Emmila A. Denny
Scholarship 2013 (next application review is after March 31st 2014)
was
created to foster and encourage the creative talents of artists
residing in the Matanuska Susitna Borough. It is named for a
long-time supporter of Talkeetna community arts and is funded by the
following Denali Arts
Council programs: Denali Drama, Music
Academy,
Talkeetna Artists Guild and Green Light Circus. Artists may request
up to $300.00 for resources that will further develop their artistic

Artisans Open
Air Market 2013 Deadline has past for
2013 (after the March 6th 2013 deadline, artists may be
admitted on a rolling, space availale
basis) This
is a summer outdoor market
featuring juried & approved handcrafted art by Alaskan
artisans.10am-6pm Sat - Mon each weekend; May to September. A
portion of the art sales goes towards supporting Denali Arts Council. Click on the links
