Saturday and Sunday May 24th and 25th

The 4th Annual Talkeetna Art Festival is returning Memorial Day weekend — and this year, it’s bigger and better than ever. Held on Saturday and Sunday, May 24th and 25th, in downtown Talkeetna, the festival will once again take over the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar with a vibrant celebration of art, creativity, and community.
New this year, the festival is expanding to include the Talkeetna Historical Society grounds to make room for an impressive 50 artisan craft vendors. Visitors can explore a diverse selection of handmade goods, fine art, and unique crafts, all created by talented artists from across the state.
In addition to the bustling vendor areas, the weekend will be filled with live music, interactive art workshops, aerialist performances, and art exhibitions. With activities and entertainment for all ages, the Talkeetna Art Festival is a free, family-friendly event that invites locals and visitors alike to come together!
Whether you’re looking to shop for one-of-a-kind art, enjoy live performances, or simply soak in the inspiring atmosphere, there’s something for everyone at this year’s festival.

The success of the Talkeetna Art Festival relies on our volunteers!  We need volunteers to staff the bar and concession stand, help to facilitate our community flower mural, and general help monitoring the festival.  If you are interested in volunteering, please click on the link below!
