Hailing from Fort Collins, Wasteland Hop plays a unique brand of folk, rock, and hip-hop. Reviewed as "mixing influences from The Roots to The Black Keys ... a striking back-and-forth between soulful lead vocalist Steph Jay and MC Mickey Kenny, who shatters the divide between rap and poetry. The band blends Kenny’s insightful lyrics with high energy, funk-fueled beats." SuValley Band Lab participants get in free!

Saturday, May 31st at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar, join us in honoring the life and flying of Talkeetna's pioneer bush pilot, Don Sheldon! This event will be from 4pm to 9pm. We invite the community bring a meal to share in our community pot-luck, share stories of Don and enjoy live music from Alaska Main Squeeze, the premier Alaskan Polka Band!
