Saturday and Sunday May 24th and 25th

The 4th Annual Talkeetna Arts Festival is back Memorial Day weekend, May 24–25, and downtown Talkeetna is about to get loud. This year’s festival is packed with live music, featuring over a dozen bands performing all weekend long across two high-energy stages inside the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar.

From professional touring bands from the lower 48 to favorite Alaska acts, the lineup spans genres and showcases an incredible range of music. A second, smaller stage keeps the creativity flowing by spotlighting local youth and up-and-coming singer-songwriters ready to make some noise of their own.

When you’re not dancing near the stage, explore over 50 Alaskan artisan vendors, jump into hands-on art workshops, catch aerialist performances, and soak up the creative chaos. New this year, the festival expands onto the Talkeetna Historical Society grounds, making the whole weekend bigger, bolder, and better.

Free and family-friendly, the Talkeetna Arts Festival is a full-weekend celebration of sound, art, and community. Come for the music, stay for the vibe, and kick off summer Talkeetna-style.

The success of the Talkeetna Art Festival relies on our volunteers!  We need volunteers to staff the bar and concession stand, help to facilitate our community flower mural, and general help monitoring the festival.  If you are interested in volunteering, please click on the link below!
